The safari starts in Kigali and ends in Entebbe Uganda. The tour includes a gorilla permit worth $ 600 per person per day in the final costing. You arrive through Kigali airport and then transfer to Uganda where you visit Bwindi and track the mountain gorillas. Visit Queen Elizabeth national Park and have a boat cruise on Kazinga channel as well as several game drives.

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali city

Upon your arrival at the airport and our company representative welcomes you to Rwanda. This city is so clean and its people are so hospitable and friendly. You are taken to your accommodation for an overnight and dinner.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable National Park

Wake up so early and have breakfast as you prepare for a Kigali city tour where you visit Genocide Memorial Centre at Gisozi and then proceed north into Uganda with Lunch enroute.

 

Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Lodge (Luxury)/Silverback Lodge ( Moderate)/Buhoma Community rest Camp ( Budget)

Day 3: gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable Forest

 

 

Have breakfast and then be transferred to the head quarters for a pre gorilla briefing by the park rangers and wardens by 7:00 am. After this briefing, proceed to the forest to track the gorillas, spend some time observing these gorillas as they get to interact with one another, you are given one hour interacting with them as you take some photos. You are advised to carry packed lunch and drinking water since the time to spend in the jungle is unpredictable. After the trek, return to the lodge for a late lunch as you prepare to go for a community walk to experience the life style of the local people.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

 

Have breakfast at the lodge and then drive to Queen Elizabeth national Park, have a stop at Ishasha sector to view the tree climbing lions and other game varieties before continuing to Queen Elizabeth national Park, arrive late in the evening and relax at the lodge.

Day 5: Morning game drive & a boat cruise on kazinga channel

 

Have breakfast early in the morning and then drive along the Kasenyi and queens Mile where you view many animal species including; elephants, warthogs, lions, Uganda kobs, and many birds. Return to the lodge and have lunch as you prepare for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel where you are to view many animals including; the buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles and the water birds. After, return to the lodge for dinner and ov ernight.

Day 6: Morning game drive & departure

Have breakfast at the lodge and then proceed for a game drive in the park to see animals that you missed on the previous game drives. After, proceed with your drive back to Kampala having a stopover at the equator as well as Igongo cultural centre.

Day 7: Departure flight

The day is dedicated to your transfer to Entebbe Airport to catch your departure flight.
