About the Lodge
Ndali Lodge is located along the rim of the beautiful Lake Nyinambuga one of Uganda's most stunning volcanic crater lakes. Ndali Lodge is a charming luxury safari lodge in the scenic crater lakes region close to Fort Portal in western Uganda. It is surrounded by lush tea plantations, rolling farmland, indigenous forests and spectacular views of the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountains.
Ndali Lodge is situated along the rim of an extinct volcanic crater overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Lake Nyinambuga, a crater lake covering approximately 250 acres and reaching depths of around 130 meters.
Ndali Lodge offers eight spacious luxury cottages (bandas) constructed from local stone and topped with traditional thatched roofs. Each cottage is positioned to maximize privacy while taking full advantage of the magnificent scenery.
The cottages at the lodge feature en-suite bathrooms, Hot and cold running water, comfortable four-poster or king-size beds, spacious sitting area, private veranda overlooking the lake or mountains, elegant handcrafted furnishings, solar lighting and candlelit ambiance. Evenings are illuminated primarily by candles and lanterns, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere.
